I was looking for a few travel bits and ended up finding pretty much everything in one place. The selection was broad enough that I had options, but it didn’t feel overwhelming, so choosing was actually simple.

I ordered from Magellans and the delivery was dependable overall. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the package showed up when they said it would (which I always appreciate). It wasn’t the fastest shipping ever, but there weren’t any issues or surprises. The box had a small dent on one side, but everything inside was totally fine. I’d order from them again, though I do wish the shipping moved a little quicker.

"Pretty Handy for Trips"
I mean, it’s been useful whenever I’m getting ready for a trip. They have a good selection of travel stuff, and it’s easy to find what I need. The prices are, like, a little high sometimes, but overall I’ve had a good experience.

"Swapped it out with no trouble"
I messed up and ordered the wrong size shirt, so I had to do an exchange. it was straightforward. The return label was there, the instructions were easy enough, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of weird steps. The replacement showed up faster than I figured it would, and customer service got back to my email the same day. So yeah, painless in the end. I’d order from them again.

I had to return a shirt, because it didn’t fit quite right. The process was simple enough, and my refund showed up after a few days. It wasn’t instant, but, overall, it wasn’t a big hassle either.

A friend recommended this travel gear to me, so I picked up a travel jacket and some packing cubes. both feel really well made. The zippers glide smoothly, and the fabric has held up nicely so far. Happy with the purchase.

"Refund showed up quicker than I thought"
I had to send my order back and figured the refund would drag on forever, because that’s usually how these things go. Maybe I was being a little dramatic, but I was ready to blame the whole process if it got messy. Turns out it hit my account just a few days after they received the return. No annoying follow-up emails or chasing anyone down, so I can’t really complain. Smooth experience overall.

"I picked up a travel bag..."
I picked up a travel bag from Magellan's right before a long trip, mostly hoping it would just survive the journey. It ended up getting dragged through airports, tossed onto buses, and stuffed into overhead spaces more times than I can count. Somehow, it’s still in really good shape. The zippers haven’t given me any trouble, and the fabric hasn’t ripped or frayed. i’m impressed with how tough it turned out to be

"Discounts were clear, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The sale prices were easy to understand, and the discount showed up at checkout like I expected. I didn’t have to dig around too much, which was nice. That said, I wish some of the exclusions had been mentioned earlier. When I ran into one, it kind of felt like my confusion was dismissed instead of actually explained.

My order showed up packed really well, and nothing was damaged or rattling around inside. The box did have a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine, which is what matters most to me. It’s one of those little things that makes you feel like the company actually cared about the order making it in one piece

I ordered from Magellan's and everything showed up just fine!!! The shipping was actually faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise!!!
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the shipping cost felt a little high for such a small order!!! It wasn’t awful or anything, I just wish it had been a bit cheaper!!!

"Finally found my size"
I swear every other site made this harder than it needed to be and, of course, my size was sold out everywhere. Magellan's actually had it in stock, though, and they shipped it right away without pulling any of that surprise backorder nonsense.

My item ended up being on backorder, but they were really good about keeping me in the loop. They told me what was going on and it arrived when they said it would, so I wasn’t left guessing. that kind of upfront communication feels like the right way to treat customers.

I placed my order on Monday and it showed up by Wednesday, which was a nice surprise. that’s all you can really ask for with shipping, quick, simple, and no issues. No complaints from me.

"Helpful support and a fast response"
I had a problem with my order and contacted support, and they actually got back to me the same day, which was nice. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t totally instant or anything, but they sorted it out in the end. Also, they were polite about it, which makes a difference when you’re already annoyed about an order issue...

I ordered something from Magellan's last week, though I don’t remember the exact day now, and the whole thing went through quicker than I thought it would.
The confirmation email showed up pretty much right away, and then I got the shipping notice the next day. I didn’t have to contact anyone or keep checking on it, which was nice.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking didn’t update right away, so for a little bit I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But overall, the order was processed smoothly and fast

I ordered a travel shirt from Magellan’s, i’m picky about shirts I wear on long days, but this one felt really comfortable. The fabric was soft, easy to move in, and didn’t get annoying or tight while I was out and about.
The fit was mostly what I wanted, though it was a little roomier than I personally prefer. I tend to like a slightly more tailored fit, so that probably makes me notice it more, but it’s still totally wearable. I’d give it 4 stars since the sizing could be a bit more exact.
